Its amazing and i like it, but the colour is a bit yellow and not white.

Where's my order i brought ts like 10 days ago and it hasn't even been shipped yet- i haven't gotten a response to any emails or anything

It’s been 10 days since I ordered with tracking saying they’re still „preparing shipment”. Haven’t heard from them. What is going on?

I recently placed an order and accidentally provided the wrong door number completely my fault, and I totally understand that. I reached out via email to explain the mistake and ask if there was any way to retrieve the package or have it resent to the correct address.

However, I haven’t received any response at all, which has been really disappointing. I would really appreciate some help maybe refund or at least an acknowledgment. Mistakes happen, and I’m hoping for a bit of support to resolve this.
